Clinic Companion AI provides automated, HIPAA-safe communications (calls/texts) delivering general educational content. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Customer responsibilities
Customers will:
(i) provide only non-PHI contact metadata (e.g., phone number, language, outreach type),
(ii) maintain lawful opt-in/consent for outreach,
(iii) refrain from sending PHI or clinic names in call scripts, SMS bodies, or log fields.

Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, or use of PHI. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate misuse.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability
“AS IS” service; no warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification
Customer will indemnify us for claims arising from unlawful contact data or lack of consent.
