Who we are
Clinic Companion AI (“we,” “us”) provides automated, HIPAA-safe educational calls and texts for healthcare providers.
What we collect
We process limited, non-PHI contact metadata provided by clinics (e.g., phone number, language, outreach type, timestamps). We do not collect or store PHI, diagnoses, procedures, or clinic names in call scripts, messages, or logs.
How we use data
To deliver generic pre-op/post-op education and missed-appointment follow-ups; to measure delivery/engagement; to improve reliability.
Third-party processors
We use reputable service providers for communications and automation (e.g., telephony, workflow, database). Each maintains its own security/compliance program.
Opt-in/Opt-out
Recipients may opt in through clinic-managed consent flows. Every SMS includes opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP to opt out”).
Security & retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We retain only what is needed for delivery, troubleshooting, and audit, then purge on a routine schedule.

Our service shares general education only. We do not provide medical advice. Patients should contact their provider for clinical questions.
